Women in Neuroradiology Leadership Development Scholarship
In 2012, the Foundation of the American Society of Neuroradiology (FASNR), together with the American College of Radiology (ACR), and American Association for Women in Radiology (AAWR), established an award to provide leadership development opportunities for women in neuroradiology. Since neuroradiologists must be leaders in the field, the primary focus of this scholarship award mechanism is to support mid-career women with some demonstrated experience and promise for future leadership in radiology through administration, education, research and/or practice. The objectives of the scholarship are to provide the recipient with additional leadership and management skills and insights to enhance their individual opportunities for future advancement.

The Foundation of the ASNR is currently accepting applications for the 2026 Women in Neuroradiology Leadership Development Scholarship (formerly known as the Women in Neuroradiology Leadership Award) with a deadline of March 20, 2026; late applications will not be accepted. Submissions must be sent electronically to Amber Liset aliset@asnr.org.
The recipient will receive funding to cover tuition and transportation costs to attend the 2026 Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI) Summit, October 16-18, 2026, at the Emory Conference Center in Atlanta.
